Called over and over again all day they won’t answer the phones, Called the main store number after several attempts finally a man answers and states the parts department is backed up with work and told me to either take my business elsewhere or try calling them back later, I told him I had a pretty simple question maybe he could answer, No Sir! I don’t answer parts department questions he says and then hangs up on me, All I wanted to ask was if they could look up a previous parts purchase would have took him all of 20 seconds to hear me out and say yes or no. I understand it being busy but there’s no reason I should have to waist hours of my time pressing redial waiting for someone to pick up the phone at very least they should have a voicemail box I can leave a message or just pick up the phone and take down my information and call me back when your not so busy, I mean gee whiz just look at the other reviews here how many people have to leave you bad reviews on the same issue before you take it in consideration to change the way you conduct business over the telephone
my experience shopping here was delightful! as soon as my wife and I entered the store we were greeted with a huge hello, we had someone always asking is if we needed help. we received all we needed and saved so such money. will for sure be back!
so happy I didn't read the reviews before making my purchase! this place is honestly incredible the associates are super kind and are willing to answer all you questions, I had no clue was on what I wanted in a washer and dryer and they helped me find exactly what I needed. thumbs up and 5 stars for sure! totally recommend.
My experience with sears outlets was wonderful,the young lady, and the other worker was also friendly, this is my first time purchasing from the outlet store, will be purchasing in the future....
The girl that "helped" us, and I do use that term loosely. Was only concerned with getting us to sign up for their credit card and shoving their service plan down our throats. All this after being on the floor for over 20 minutes without even so much as a hello.
We just left without purchasing. I doubt we will be back.
Went there yesterday fully prepared to buy a refrigerator.
