Richland Ace will never be a Lowe's yet Lowe's does not stock the various plumbing, filters, or oven replacement pieces for Sylvan Park and The Nations original quality homes. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and will order what you need if necessary. You will not have spend any time seeking assistance as they will ask you first. Making a purchase is friendly and quick. As I said, Richland Ace will never be a Lowe's and let's hope it remains this way.
Quick and to the point.
Went to Richland Ace for a hinge-operated door closer. The saleswoman who tried to help me said she never heard of it and they didn't carry them. I then checked the hardware section with hinges and found two different types.
I bought the one I came for.
I love this ACE! Everyone is super helpful and they know me when I come in. Not many stores have this level of personal customer service anymore. Highly recommend!
