This has been a constant issue. Originally, the pool was suppose to be completed by Memorial Day 2015, per the HOA.
Fox Ridge is probably the poorest quality builder that I have ever worked with or known!! Avondale Park is a gorgeous neighborhood, but I stronger suggest buyer beware!! Or if you are considering Avondale Park, be the second home buyer and not build. Fox Ridge has been nothing but a pain to deal with from the get go. I could list several pages worth of issues we have had with our home since we have moved in. Nothing has been installed properly, but yet the homeowner's inspection came back flawless!! To me that sounds like an inside job where they are just trying to sale homes and move on.
If you are a potential new buyer, the pool won't be completed in time for summer 2015. This information is based off of information from the developer, not the builder. If the builder tells you different, then they are just trying sell you a home.
We purchased our new Fox Ridge home in May 2013, since day 1 we had laminate flooring issues. We initially contacted our project manager but were referred to Rite Rug (contractor) who then referred us to the laminate floor maker (Armstrong). It has been very frustrating as nobody wants to take responsibility. We have had to stay on top of this since day one. Many unreturned emails/calls, lack of follow through etc... Multiple reps have been out to visit and only now that we are close to our one year anniversary we were told that we caused the issues from using the wrong cleaning product and cleaning practices. It seems as if Fox Ridge and their contractors are interested in getting the home built and closing on time, that is their #1 priority, and customer service follow up after the sale with problems is poor.
Quiet neighborhood with 2 pools and a playground. Still in development too
Doesn't keep safety in mind. When building houses. They refuse to call 811 before they dig and their subs contractors.
