I have used this company for nearly 10 years and all I can say is the service is OUTSTANDING!! I work in the service business where customer service is the main focus. Case Cleaning and Restoration shows the utmost professionalism every time the staff shows up to perform what ever I have requested to have done. If a 10 star was able to pick, I would. Keep up the GREAT job you all are doing!! It's crazy to see other reviews that are below a 5 star!!
These guys are a joke and so is anyone who says different! Customer service is horrible and their work is half ass.if they think they are getting paid for their work they got another thing coming!

We were dealing with a roof leak at our condo in Green Hills. After contacting the HOA and insurance company, the Management Co. agreed to pay for the interior damages to be fixed. I got an estimate from Case, but when I called back to have the work done, no one contacted me back. I made several attempts to get someone to call me back. They screwed themselves out of some guaranteed payment. Very unprofessional. I will not be contacting them again.
