I will never use them or recommend them. Carol is a psycho and very unprofessional. She measured for carpeting and measured wrong, had to wait for more carpeting, and tried to charge us extra for her error. We had already paid half and was paying the balance written on the paperwork. When she discovered the different charge was due to her error, she slammed down the paper and threatened us to "come rip it up because she knew where we lived" We remained courteous but refused to pay the additional amount due to her error. She practically threw us out! This wasn't the first time I have had a problem with them, but thought I would give them a second chance. NEVER AGAIN!
Mr. Owner I don't care that you talked to Carol or your staff, there is nothing you can say to us that would change our minds to EVER do business with you again!
We are so happy with every aspect of our service at McCall's Carpet One. Every employee we encountered was prompt, professional, and followed up on each promise. More importantly, the final product (carpet/vinyl planks) is beautiful. These folks go far above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, and the price ended up being less than what was quoted. Highly recommended business.

I was thoroughly happy with McCall's timely, professional and courteous service - also with their products. They were able to beat the price from Lowe's and also got the installation finished weeks before Lowe's could. The installers were very friendly and did an awesome job!
