Really great experience with the Bed Bath and Beyond in Madison, TN. Karie, sales associate, was very helpful, patient and had a warm demeanor. She focused on me as the customer and provided me her full attention until my purchase was complete. I definitely recommend this location.
I had to ask for help finding an item. No one offered help, but the lady I asked was very pleasant and helpful.
Ordered online. Came here to return a Christmas gift. They scanned to debit, and I asked for cash back since I live 2 states away and sometimes things don’t get back on your card as promised. With this, I got redirected to the management who then insisted that I could only get a merchandise credit. This was a toy that was ordered for Santa. How disappointing.

I walked in I was looking for my product around the front of the register where there were employees no one asked me if I needed help everybody look and speak I finally found my item went to pay for it and I saw how they treated this other lady who course was the opposite color gave her help with assistance with a smile and barely said hello when I pay for my item I will not go back into that store again
