Have been to better ones have been to worse . The man who started out helping us was new and admitted he would need help than the woman who came to help wasn't much better than got to the cash register and we had already looked it up for price match with the 2 people we were working with and this person tried to charge full price and had to straighten that out. Will probably pick a different store for the rest of the baby items needed
THEY HAD DISCRIMINATED ME AND IS NOT RESPECTFUL!!!! IF ONLY CORPORATE WOULD HAD KNOWN WHAT THESE PEOPLE HERE AT THIS BABIES R US STORE, A LOT OF THINGS WOULD HAD BEEN DIFFERENT!!!!. THE HUMAN RESOURCE HAS HER FAVOURITISM!!! AND JUST DISRESPECTFUL IN SO MANY LEVELS!!!. DO NOT WASTE TIME SHOPPING NOR WORK HERE!. THIS PLACE WILL NOT STAY OPEN LONG!!!.
Came here just to look at strollers in person before buying online. Has a fantastic selection of car seats and strollers sitting out to look at. Has basically anything you would need at all for babies. Also every single employee that walked by us asked if we needed help, personally I think that's something to brag on. Some great employees/managers there!
I had an amazing experience at the Madison, TN Babies "R" Us location! I worked with manager Jordan and she helped so much with the entire process and really helped me nail down all the things I needed. I highly recommend the high level of customer service at this location! We are customer's for life!! Thank you so much Jordan and all of your staff, you rock!
