I came to the store with a smile on my face and left disappointed in the company I love so dear.
Unfortunately there were some items that didn’t work for me and my family members so we went to the same store to exchange them. Upon arriving at the store I realized that I grabbed the wrong receipts. I went in anyway in hopes that the staff would work with me. When I apologized for not having the receipts I was posed with the question “did you ever have a receipt?”
I was very upset by this because I am a frequent shopper at this store and spend my hard earned money here. To be accused of stealing was painful, especially since I spend a lot of time and money in this store. Being greeted with nastiness was unexpected and surprising. Suspicions aside the staff should treat anyone and everyone with kindness.
