It's a Publix so it's nice of course and a little more upscale than it's competition. However as far as compared to other Publix definitely the low end of the spectrum. The service depending on what department is not as good as the other Publix around the middle Tennessee area. It's not terrible by any means just not as good as the other Publix in nicer parts of town like Brentwood and even Murfreesboro.
I went here to pick up some antibiotics for my loved one, and Michelle in the pharmacy department had advised they were very busy and would have it ready within 30 minutes. I told her that was fine, I would be back in 30 minutes. I came back and spoke to a gentlemen and he advised they did not have it ready I would need to wait 20 minutes. I was upset, and told him Michelle said 30 minutes he said no that is wrong you need to wait. I told him at this point if they were very busy why couldn't Michelle just tell me in the beginning 1 hour I would have been fine with that because I understand. His tone now changed got very rude, gave me an attitude, and yelled at me saying you need to wait. I then approached the store manager and told her exactly the situation and to my surprise her answer was that isn't my problem and I'm not in charge of them you need to come back and speak to the pharmacy department manager. At this point I'm very upset because my loved one needs these antibiotics, I have been patiently waiting, and now I'm getting yelled at and no one is acting professional at this store. I told her they lied to me because they said they would have it ready within 30 minutes, and I now have been waiting 1 hour. She told me in a very rude voice they didn't lie to you. I then said if they didn't lie then why don't I have my antibiotics, and it has been 1 hour. She said I can't help you. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU ONLY YOUR MONEY!! I don't want anyone to go through what I did. Everyone deserves to be treated fairly and equally.
Everyone that I encounter at Publix is so very pleasant in their greetings, even as I walk down the isles. If I want to pick something up at the store, Publix is the place to go. Even if I don't need anything and I'm feeling a little blue, I can go to Publix where the happy people are. And a smile appears on my face, where it was gone before I got to Publix. Thank you Publix.
Publix is always stocked, staffed, and gives service with a smile. The prices can be higher than other places, but the quality and selection are always top shelf!
They always acknowledge me and are always friendly and courteous(helpful). It's probably my favorite market. I've always liked shopping there, andI I also let others know of my pleasant experiences.
