Clean store, well laid-out, friendly staff, lots of selection. But I can't get over the prices! Everything seems more expensive than in other supermarkets around town. I don't understand this.
Perhaps best of all prices that are either competitive or substantially lower than all the others with only one exception.
I enjoy this store most often, there is not one close to me in North Nashville off of Clarksville Hwy, so I pass several stores to get there and no matter what, I am always glad I did. Thanks so much
I don't like many grocery stores. It's too easy for them to smell badly, be dimly lit, have bad service, etc...however Publix does good work. The meat, seafood counters are good, the produce has good turnover and when I ask for help I get it. Lunch counter is very good too.
From ease of abundant parking, well laid out isles and truly fresh fruits, vegetables and a wide variety of essentials, a deli that rivals New York, minus the controlled chaos. Well informed and helpful staff.
Any grocery store that turns a 3 hour full larder stocking into an almost enjoyable experience is beyond rare in my experience. Worth a diversion if necessary, in this case close to home.
I find Publix to be the most pleasant shopping experience. When you walk in a seen a place that is sooo clean and we'll organized it give me a very calm feeling. Also produce is always the freashes.
This is done with higher pay and equity sharing philosophy. Impressive.
