Shayla is one of the most amazing people I've encountered at a store. She made my experience so much better and really helped me choose the right pair of shoes. Love her, if I could give more stars I totally would! Will be back ASAP!
I had such a great experience at this store. The customer service was incredible!!! Shayla was so kind really helped me pick out the best shoes for me. 10/10 would recommend.
Walked into the store to browse. Heard the employee ask if someone needed any help today. She was looking the other direction towards another customer, so I didn't respond. The employee promptly says out loud, "On top of everything else today, I suppose everyone in here is deaf too!" I think this was highly inappropriate and I promptly walked back out.
Shayla helped us out today and we loved her. She was very helpful, and concerned about our choice. We will definitely come back just to be helped with her.
Absolutely terrible. Poor service. But most importantly they won't honor they're refund policy! Shoes that are completely unworn as purchased they will not take back even though within warrant date. I will never buy again from head people.
