These ladies are amazing! Truly, if I had known how great an experience this was, I would have been regular customer. Tons of formal functions to attend when full time military. The alterations personnel were the BEST! I am picky person and that lady waited for me to spend the whole afternoon(and part of night) looking for sensible shoes. She was there at 7:10 pm on a Saturday to take alteration measurements on my dress. WOW! I am now going to be repeat customer. Thank you ladies, all of you...Joye
We had a wonderful visit at this location today. Everyone was extremely helpful and we appreciated the time it took since we didn’t have an appointment. Miss Pat was so kind and really knew her business. We will be back as my wedding date approaches for our bridesmaid dresses and those finishing touches.
All of the ladies who helped me were beyond amazing! They were so willing to give me the time i needed to decide on a dress (which wasn’t long because of how well they hyped me up). 110% would go back for all of my dress needs!!
I got to say yes to my dress here and my experience was wonderful! Everyone was very helpful and my consultant Dana was the absolute best! When I got to the store I asked someone on the floor about a dress I had seen online and was disappointed when I was told they did not have it. Then when I was describing what I liked to Dana she said "I know the perfect dress!" and what do you know it was the one that I had asked about and the one I said yes to! Throughout my appointment Dana was so kind, helpful, and fun! I really enjoyed my visit to the Madison location!
