FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!
Do not shop here! There are too many other options. They advertised buy one get one 50% off but when it was rung up, it wasn't the correct price so I went back to show LISA the manager. She said that it was the correct price that rang up. I pointed out that the sign clearly states another price. She said the sign must have been moved. I pointed out that was false advertising and the responsibility of the store, not the customer.
They lost the sale of 6 different pairs of shoes and I lost 45mins in the store. Lisa's customer service is a negative 1. I own 2 businesses in Donelson and if my employee treated one of my customers as she did me, they would be immediately terminated. Shame on Rack Room shoes. Horrible experience.
