Great visit today to buy some men's tennis shoes. Nice selection and prices, and the lady running the store and cash register was super nice.

I got all the way home and found that when the clerk put my shoes in the bag, she failed to take the security device off of the right shoe. So now I have to drive all the way back to the store to get it done. Gas is not cheap, my time is not cheap. I am not happy about this inconvenience. I am sure they will say "I am sorry" but that doesn't change the fact that I have to take an hour out of my day to drive there and back and spend the gas to do so. NOT shopping there again.
