Called because I needed help with a police record and everyone was so nice!!
An officer never showed to investigate a complaint when My partner called 911 to report a stranger in our apartment complex threatening him with a gun and flashing said gun on his waist. Very disappointed with the police department. Will be finding out who needs to be contacted to make a formal complaint
After my daughter called me Friday night after coming home from work to find her door open in her apartment I contacted the Madison police department and the dispatcher promptly sent someone out to assist her. They were very friendly and courteous. They were understanding although there was no foul play found and I thank them for their service and their help in this scary time. My daughter can feel safe knowing that they are there when she need them.
I thought it woukd be a long process but I was in and out in a few minutes. The staff was very nice.
