One Red Star ! The officers are liars and don't even try to back up their lies. Don't bother with your own evidence, the judge just sides with the officer. In short, if you can Avoid BSmelle Meade, it's worth going out of your way ! Judge was a liar too. Told me I was only going to be fined $40, I paid $181.50.
