I observed your vehicle #317 traveling eastbound on I-24 cruising 67 mph in the left lane making countless people pass on the right then when the vehicle finally moved to the right, the driver did so without using his turn signal. When I passed him on the left, I looked and observed the driver using his phone. He was clearly distracted by his phone and not giving proper care to his driving in heavy traffic just before 'rush' hour. Also for good measure all drivers need to be aware of TCA 55-8-132 the Move Over Law. This includes police, fire, ambulance, tow trucks, grass maintenance crews, repair crews, construction crews and utility company trucks such as power, water and cable/phone trucks.

I purchased a 30 year architectural roof, which began leaking on or before 13 years after installation because nails are improperly placed, flanges/vents improperly installed. Worse, the shingles are defective and granules are coming off. Mr. Bouchard is not good in the responsive area, as I have no information on the roof shingles he installed. He was supposed to contact the shingle manufacturer and get me a package, which I never received. Today, he told someone who called on my behalf that he got it to me a long time ago despite the fact I never received anything. I am saddled with a leaking roof, 2 damaged ceilings, who knows what damage is in the attic, and a defective roof and he has made zero overtures to help, other than "promising" to get me a claim package which never happened. I finally was able to get the manufacturer name, contacted them today, and after waiting about 2 months for Bouchard to get me the package, I should have the claim package in a couple days from the manufacturer.
