I called to schedule leak detection for a water main leak. I was told the only person in the office who can help me was on lunch and they'd email me a contact when they returned. Called back an hour later and was rudely told they "were working on it". I explained that we had no water in our home and needed answers ASAP. Was again rudely brushed off. My husband then called about 30 minutes later after no word from them. Spoke to someone else in the office who was also rude and said they were backed up for more than a week. No sense of urgency or caring on their part! We went elsewhere.
