Wags & Whiskers is so awesome! They have everything you need for a much easier bathing experience. It's affordable and the staff have all been super sweet and helpful everytime we go.
I have gone in 5 min before close to purchase food, and they have been more than happy to take my purchase.
Just had the best experience. Took my dog to get a bath after an extra muddy day at the dog park, and to research some specific food for my 18 year old dog. Not only did the women know what I needed, she knew every brand in depth. She talked nutritional percentages, ratios, and knew what I needed based on my description. I didn't catch her name, but she had glasses and a couple green streaks in her hair. They definitely gained a forever customer today!
Some guy gave them 1 star because they turned him away 5 min before close?! Your 15 dollars for the self wash is not worth paying an employee for the extra hour of work.
You should plan better if you're wanting to use the self wash, and not be selfishly expecting someone to stay extra time so you can do something last minute.
I would never do that to someone... clearly you have never worked retail.
I love this place, therefore I'm defensive. It's clean, aesthetically pleasing, and carries high quality products for cats and dogs. I love the tubs and ramps provided for larger dogs. Glad it's right down the street!
$18 for a stall and some shampoo is a bit ridiculous, it takes me less than 7 minutes to wash my 40 pound dog. For $3 more I can drop my dog at Petsmart and have them wash, brush, nail trim, ear clean, etc. Will not be going back until they change their self wash prices to reflect what you actually get for the service. Two stars for the workers always being very sweet.
We love this place. Perfect to bring and wash our dog without hurting our backs! their shampoo selection is fantastic. Staff is very friendly, helpful and know their stuff. Great prices on food as well (and it's the good for your dog food too!) Def. recommend!
