Friendly and mostly knowledgeable staff. Weird wildlife. We got our Betta fish here and got most of what we needed to start an aquarium. They didn't have a huge selection of fish food, or aqua-scaping plants/toys. They also didn't tell me that I needed to buy saline to keep my fish healthy (found out the hard way), so do your own research. They won't tell you how to care for your pet. They did have live aquatic plants, but the stock was low and they somehow could never get in what I wanted. Way better than large pet store chains.
This place is amazing! I have several tank set ups and pets I have purchased here (fish, reptiles, and a goliath bird eater). The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable, and the reptiles and fish are healthy and well kept. Best petstore in town by a mile!!!
Extremely knowledgeable staff that are so eager to help you. But they are really really serious about their fish (as they should be) and will not recommend or condone customers making purchases that will harm the fish. They won't refuse it, but they give their strong opinion, which is awesome. Such amazing variety here, the perfect place for a novice or a pro in the hobby.
Much cleaner than it used to be. Fish section has gotten A LOT better. Bought some live rock for our saltwater aquarium. Customer service was great! Staff is friendly and helpful.
My son is setting up a salt water aquarium. When I visited him for Christmas he took me to several fish stores. Aquatic Critter was definitely the best .. beautiful fish displays & very clean!
