i have been waiting for more than an hour just sitting here to go back just for an x-ray. many people came in after us and got in before us! i have never waited this long for an appointment. but they were super nice and helpful right when we walked in the room!
From the time that I walked in till the time I left I spent about 45 minutes there. The service was quick, and the staff were friendly. Very positive experience.
So sad to see the negative reviews because I absolutely loved the nurse practitioner here and the nurses! I guess it depends on who you get, but I will be requesting the nurse practitioner I had and LPN every time I walk in there if I can. I went in to get evaluated for strep throat. I was in and out of the walk in clinic in 45 minutes! My prescription was ready at Walgreens immediately after I left the place. They were so kind and welcoming despite how I was feeling! A smile means a lot and everyone greeted me with one!
The people who work here are so kind, so helpful -- they all went well out of their way to help me. I know they're busy, so sometimes the wait is long, but when you have people like this who truly care, I will happily wait.
I could not recommend this place more. I went in with an emergency at 7:15 and, even though they closed at 7:30, they were nothing but accommodating. I had to get stitches and to say I was a little on the teary side is an understatement. Absolutely everyone I came in contact with was amazing - I was offered water, crackers to keep my blood pressure up, had someone to hold my hand and distract me - basically everything under the sun. I will go back for absolutely everything.
