3 stars because the equipment is sub par. Old beds that have to be hand cranked so in order for the bed to be adjusted the staff has to do it. They have to be wheeled down the hall to the shower but other than that its ok
The staff are knowlagible about their paitients and they are good to them. there is no "hospital smell" about the place so the ventalation is good. Grandma says they are good about getting her anything she needs or wants (within reason).
The doctors (there's 2) are ok from the little I saw good bed side manner and all that.
No phones in the rooms so cell phone is a must
