Extremely unprofessional receptionists, as well as phone operators. The Dr. I was seeing at the Cayce clinic referred me to another Dr. and scheduled an appointment to meet with them at the exact same time as the prior appointment I had with her. Instead of cancelling the appointment I had with her, she kept it and I received calls from Neighborhood health trying to confirm the appointment. When I called back in and spoke to someone about needing to have the appointment cancelled because I had a prior appointment, the lady became very rude, aggressive, and sharp with me. She asked me if I was a Dr. who has the authority to make and break appointments, and if I truly didn't want to see Dr. Terry, that she would just cancel my referral all together! EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional staff. Don't give this medical group a moment of your time, or a penny of your money. It's like being pulled into a Venus Fly Trap.
