Can't speak to the quality of care, but I am appalled at the lack of privacy in the waiting room as the admin asks questions of each patient.
so different than Saint thomas..... one of the young Technicans was really sweet.... but the head woman was all business. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Same thing with Registration..... Don't they realize how vulnerable we feel when we do this??? They REALLY need to work on how they relate to patients. Hoping I can go back to Saint Thomas.
Had a bad experience after all ,induced my granddaughter Broke her water,14 hrs later ,they tell her had to do C.Section...Baby come with a pointed head after being in the birth canal all those hours... Won't recommend the birthing ward..They better hope the baby will not be affected...
.The ones I met,seemed polite..Not to talkative,but did their jobs.Need lots more smiling faces on Nurses.
