Was at this location yesterday 09/01/2017. I walked in and was looking for BAH dipbrow and to get a new spoolie. 4 of your employees walked passed me after I asked each of them where it was. I got ignored 4 times! Ended up walking out empty handed. Seems like every ULTA I've visited has been this way.

6/12/2017 I had a negative experience with a manager at this site when perusing a return. I wanted to return some shampoo that I had tried to push through but just really hated. Admittedly I was unfamiliar with their return policy but a friend told me if you're not happy with your product you can take it back no matter if it's almost empty. These bottles was a little more than half full. Instead of letting me know the policy and regretting to inform me they wouldn't be able to process the return, the manager spat the return policy at me between comments of "These are half empty, we can't take these!", and, "you don't have a receipt and it's not in the system. No, we can't take these." All in a time that made me feel like a peasant. I was not trying to be advantageous. I honestly didn't know the parameters of the policy. She did not have to make me feel like a lesser being for attempting the return. Combined with their stock always running thin, and staff hard to find when you need them, I'm extremely disappointed with this Ulta location. I'm also disappointed with the Joico VOILET Color Endure shampoo and conditioner but that's another review :)
Been here a few times at this ulta, and each time i walk in the store NOBODY greets me , they just look at you and turn away, the last time i went to this ulta was 2 weeks, and i spend about an hour looking for glittery eye shadow and none of the employees offered for help, but they sure stare the heck out of you, like if your going to rob the makeup or something. Ulta in cool springs is way better!
Could not believe the racist and disgusting comments I heard (possible manager) Hannah say. I am a frequent customer of Ulta but I will never return to this store. While in the store, there were several police officers speaking with sales associates about theft that had occurred earlier in the day. The police officer was speaking to three women who worked there about what had happened. The woman who I assume was a manager said loudly "It's always the black people" then her and the other employees started laughing. Several customers stopped and starred at her including myself and the people I was with. I couldn't believe how unprofessional and racist this woman was being in front of customers. I asked an employee the name of the woman on the way out they said her name was Hannah and that she was the manager. As I said I love ulta but will never return to this location.
