It was about 10:45 a.m. when I walked in. I was the only customer there. I had to sign in at a computer kiosk. I did that, but my name didn't show up on the large monitor on the wall. One of the barbers tried signing me in, but no matter how slowly and carefully I would give her my phone number, she continued to key it in incorrectly. I was so frustrated after multiple attempts that I left, then drove 18 miles to an old-fashioned, wait-your-turn-and-we'll-call-you barbershop downtown. When did doing something simple, like a haircut, become so difficult?

The Nashville West store I've been going to for a long while.. It's become very poorly managed with less than average talent. Went today and sat for a long while. Watched and waited.. Walked out and will never go back..
Friendly staff, clean, usually less than 10 minute wait time unless you happen to go when it's back to school time. Staff seem happier to be there compared to other salons in the area
