I first became aware of Title Boxing Club when I was at the Pink Bridal Show! I'm getting married in May, and thought it would be a great opportunity to try out a new workout routine! Title offered 2 weeks in exchange for bridal bucks from the show, so I decided to give it a whirl! I signed up for a year membership right after my two weeks was up.... I absolutely LOVE TITLE, and it certainly helps that everyone that I have met that works there is so nice and welcoming! I definitely recommend TITLE Boxing Club Nashville to anyone wanting a REALLY good workout!

From the beginning of the hour, it's a fast paced, continuous motion, personal challenge. The instructors are encouraging and motivational. You determine how hard you want to go. The time flies by and I always feel like it was worth getting up and going through it. The workout taxes you mentally as well as physically. It is a grind and I feel accomplished at the end. The structure of the class from the warm up, through the rounds with active rest, and finishing with the abs work is a calorie killer. Finishing these classes put a big smile on my face. Grab some gloves and go punch it out!
The workout was challenging and fast-paced. It took the entire hour which I greatly appreciated. The team at TITLE was extremely helpful in making sure I was prepared with the correct equipment and setup. Even though it was my first time at the club, I felt very welcomed and part of the group immediately.
Title is an awesome workout that never gets old! Great cardio substitute to running everyday.
