Really disappointed! Our office ordered flowers for one of our coworkers who had recently gotten back from surgery. We placed an order online for same day drop off - the order was placed at 9:00 am. Patiently, we waited until mid-afternoon, figuring they were busy delivering other orders that day as well. There was no answer and once it reached 6 pm, we realized that no one was coming. I hate giving bad reviews, but at least if you're not going to show up, the thoughtful thing to do would be to inform the customer.
My husband ordered these flowers for me for Valentines Day. I work on a college campus. The delivery driver called me and said she had some flowers for me and I needed to come get them, that she was parked by the main entrance to the university. She said she had 3 deliveries to make on campus and she couldn't walk that far. I told her to drive around to my building and I would come out to get them. She refused. I drove my car to pick them up and she pulled them out of the floor of her mustang. They were crunched. I have tried all day to get someone on the phone with no luck.
The roses are huge and perfect, and so fragrant!
