If you can't get credit at any other bank or credit union don't think this company is going to approve you. They will give you the same outcome. They are not competitive at all!
Took 3 days to get back to me on a rate, other banks were same day. Their phone just rings, nobody answers. They had the lowest (5.54%) rate but the $200 doc fee actually would have resulted in the total cost of the load being higher than other banks. Brought this up with Elizabeth & she told me she couldnt offer me anything else and would cancel my loan approval. I didnt ask her to cancel it she just took that liberty. To sum it up - rude, unavailable, and the "loan doc fee" is a deceitful tactic
I used Southeast Financial to purchase a used horse trailer, everyone I dealt with in the process was professional and were extremely communicative through the entire process. The transaction went smoothly and very time efficient manner. Would highly recommend and I would not hesitate to use them again for future financing needs.
