At first the lady I talked to was really good about starting my claim for the stuff that was stolen from my vehicle when it was repoed. And it's been over a month now and have not heard nothing from the lady. I've called numerous times and emailed a dozen times and no response to anything. I mean it's not hard to give the client an updated status... is it?
Absolutely unprofessional. They do not listen to their customers and their contracted tow yards are just as unprofessional. I wish that my bank used more professional people. But then again, why would they, this might be the most inexpensive for them.

Worst customer service ever!! Hung up and had me on hold for over an hour to then transfer me to a Voicemail that was full where I couldn't leave message and hung up!! This happened multiple times!! If you can avoid dealing with them I would highly recommend you Don't. These people are a pain to deal with and huge waste of valuable time.
I called about a release and asking a very simple question, I received an uncertain "I don't knooow 24 hours?" after asking to get me someone who did know, The employee became offended and started being extremely rude and still did not let me speak to someone who DID know the answers to my questions. A very simple task turned so complicated because she did not know. Very simple solution, Find someone who has the answers and be a little patient with people.
I sent proof of insurance to them at 1123 am right away on the day my car was repossessed, and they failed to get back to me the same afternoon after being told it "had to go across a managers desk" and it ended up costing me an extra day of storage fees after I was willing and able to pay for and pick up the car the same day it was taken. Since they dragged their heels processing the redemption of my vehicle, it not only cost me an extra days storage, but also a ton of money to have me driven to and picked up from work, and then had to wait till almost 2 pm the following day before I got a call from the yard that the redemption was processed. Initially They told me it could be 24-72 hours, which to me is complete utter BS.
