This location is great. Facilities are clean. Good laundry. People are friendly. The only reason I don't give them five stars is that my site flooded with the slightest amount of rain. The campground is going through renovation so hopefully they will address the flooding issue.

One of the nicest KOA's we ever stayed! FANTASTIC pool and giant SPA tub. Water was so clean it was like liquid diamonds. Pool was still open late October, but unheated. SPA temp was PERFECT for a few hours soak. Warm & cozy "lodge" with fireplace, ping pong, and a seasonal restaurant that has "breakfast" most days. Shuttle service to Downtown. Four minute ride to the Grand Old Opry. So many grounds improvements are in process now, that in a few months it will need 6 stars.

Never stayed here. My one star is for how my reservation cancellation was handled today. I was told and have an email confirming I had 48 hours to cancel my RV reservation which I made yesterday for this weekend. Today we decided to go to Michigan instead so I called this koa to cancel. I was told it was a 7 day cancellation policy. I informed her of what I was told as well as the email I had stating 48 hours required. I was rudely transferred to the manager's voicemail. Second call about 20 minutes later I was actually able to talk to the lady I made the reservation with. She admitted that she told me 48 hours notice and then went on to say that she was wrong. I assumed right there she was going to take care of it. I was wrong!! Again... transferred to the manager's voicemail. Called my credit card company to refuse the charge. No problem there... They assured me it would be credited back to my account. My third call I spoke with another lady who then told me they would cancel it. It then took three more calls to get an email confirmation of my cancelled reservation. It shouldn't have gone down like this. Shame on you.

One of the nicest campgrounds we've ever been to. Everything is extra money though. Staff is great but maybe a little too helpful, like they insisted on having us wait for them to escort us to our space. Why? Did they think we needed help? Did they think we wanted help? Did they not trust us to handle it ourselves? Are they just control freaks? Not sure. Fantastic facilities. Neighboring RV park is over a plastic wall and very noisy until well into the night. Almost got in a physical altercation to get them to quiet down. Clearly ppl are there to party and pretend they're camping, nobody is traveling for work like we were.

Recently made over, new feeling, clean, easy access to highways and only 12 miles to downtown and music sites. 40' rig with tow, wide space between rigs with full amenities, paved pads. Dog park nice but a tad small for our two chocolate labs. Definitely coming back.
