Incredible selection of books, Vanderbilt gear, and outdoor clothing and footware. Staff is cheerful, polite, and helpful. I was looking for some specific book titles as a gift for my grandson. The young lady at the information desk took me right to the various sections for me to make my choices. Very impressive!

A gentleman working here, named Roger, was so helpful, he asked me what i was looking for and i mentioned it and said i already saw they didnt have it, he took me to another section where it might be but it wasnt ther. He said if he found it he would come get me and he did and brought it right to me, he didnt have to go out of his way to look for it but he made it a point to. Excellent customer service!

Also, there was a woman who was training a new employee there and I was right in front of them looking at books. They didn't even say hi or offer any customer service whatsoever. The place was just incredibly rude.

First, I know it's associated with Vanderbilt University . However, does half the store really need to be all Vanderbilt University items that you can purchase?!?! It's a bookstore, so sell mostly books. However what really topped the whole thing was the rudeness of the staff. Not one time was I ever asked if I needed help finding anything or even just to say hi. Also, I asked a man about seeing if a book was in stock. This man was some type of manager there and he wasn't the friendliest.

This Barnes and Noble was the WORST book store I have ever been to in my life. My friend and I were visiting Nashville for the first time and we saw that there was a Barnes and Noble in Nashville. One of the worst things that we ever did was go into this store.

They have the book that I want. Mary Higgins Clark. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is wonderful.

They got more books than a millionaire got money!! We know thats not true lol!! It help you to educate yourself!! End of the day i am jealous of myself!!

Whoever said Nashville was one of the friendliest cities lied. It's a very rude place of which I will not be visiting again any time soon.

Also, in this store, it seemed like the liberal viewpoint was very prevalent and was given preference. Please include conservative viewpoints also.
