Employees are extremely lazy, rude and careless.
Never opens on time.
Always incredibly dirty and unsanitary. The coffee station is always piled up with months (or maybe years) of sticky gunk, dust, and crud. The creamer containers look like they haven't been washed in ions. And that's right when they first opened! Shocking considering its located within Vanderbilt Medical.
I seriously can't believe that this place passes health codes!!!
Ample staff doing nothing. Expresso machine always "broke down". Tables dirty while staff are standing around.
Not worth your time. Came at 8am on a Monday morning, and hot sandwiches were ice cold. Also pastries were not fresh. I think they just refrigerate unsold pastries at the end of the day, to be sold the next day.
