Today a coworker and I went to the bank because it is near our job to convert cash into pennies for a Multiple Sclerosis fundraiser. Although the very nice teller wanted to help us, I think her name is Mary, the manager told her they cannot help us because we do not have an account. I find it very unreasonable and heartbreaking. It was not like we wanted to cash check or even get a money order. What is the real issue here?

Was charged $10 to cash a check there, even though i have a share account at a member credit union!! To make matters worse, the manly looking branch manager was very condescending and rude.
