7/01/17 (Raised my rating from 1 star) They addressed the outside deposit box right away. 4/03/2017 I found no security deposit envelopes anywhere outside. I had to place my cash deposit in a Ziploc bag and deposited in their depository. Now that's not good service at all. I am unable to come to bank during their open hours.
I've been with cornerstone for 8 years now and have always had the best customer experience. Their staff is always kind and helpful with any questions I've had in the past! Also, the App is great! I can deposit checks from my phone and transfer money easily! A+!!!
My family has been account holders at Cornerstone for the past 8 years, and we have been fully pleased with their service and care.

You could say a person should use a small bill, but on busy weekends, it is stressful and difficult to think of all contingencies, so I feel they should offer change, and have an attendant on duty.
Beware if you park on the weekend, their machine doesn't give change, and no one is there to help you resolve the situation. The credit card portion appears to not work, forcing you against your will to pay cash, and then you are trapped if you do not have a small bill.
