This mail center is ridiculously inefficient! Trying to be patient, but we have confirmation that a package was signed for a week ago, and hasn't been processed for student pickup. My daughter has been in 4 times and told to wait for an email that is has been processed for pickup.
Very inefficient. Extremely understaffed.
I'm getting pretty tired of waiting two to three weeks for a letter to reach me. This is embarrassingly inefficient.
