I am in a wheelchair & didn't have wheelchair accessible seats. After the metal detectors, the staff told me I could swap my seats & directed me to a nice lady. I was given new accessible seats. They were awesome. All the staff was so nice.

We visited the area the Sunday before since we are new to the Nashville area. The best parking was in the Music Center behind the arena, its covered with good security. In fact security was excellent inside and outside of the arena.

Many restaurants in the area, we elected to grab wings and salad at Jack Daniels it's attached on the back side of the arena.

Helpful personnel. All of this makes for a great sport event experience.

Great hockey arena. No real bad seats in the house. Varied concessions stands with prices in the good range of arenas.

Came into town for an away Penguins game. I was impressed with the architecture and interior design layout. I've been to a number of arenas around the country and I can see where some of the Inspirations and design cues came from. As a building it's top notch. The fans incessant chanting without any individuality, understanding of the rosters, or the game is the downfall. I won't dock stars for that. If you have the opportunity to go to a concert or a sporting event here, take it. It's really close to a lot of great bars and restaurants in the area. Everything that you've ever need on a visit is within walking distance

As a first timer in a new city and new arena, I was able to navigate quickly and easily at the Bridgestone arena. It was so easy, that I was able to get beer and hit the washroom between periods. The Predator's fans were great fun and enthusiastic. I can expect to pay a hefty price for beer at just about any arena, so I didn't think about that very much. The beer selection was great, however. I hate buying overpriced beer when you can only pick from the worst (the Saddledome comes to mind).

Overall it was a great experience.

This was our first visit to the Bridgestone Arena, the visit was for the final Garth Brooks concert from his 3 year tour.

Great experience, clean, well designed and maintained facility.

The arena is also well located in downtown Nashville with parking all around at decent price.
