This place is terrible! I wouldn't suggest them to anyone. The owner/manager is rude and doesn't have any customer service skills at all!
I have been here once before and the lady did an amazing job! I grew my eyebrows out for months so she had a clean slate, but this last time I had the worst experience ever!!!!! The ENTIRE time she was doing my eyebrows the lady who sits in the first chair on the left side WOULD NOT stop talking to the other ladies in there. When she was done I looked at my eyebrows and one of them was thicker than the other one, so she took a row off of it for me... next think I know I look up and my eyebrow is STILL thicker than the other one. they are two COMPLETELY different shapes, sizes, oh and can't forget one goes up higher than the other. literally I do not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!! NO ONE GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!
The worst place ever.I was new to this place and wanted to get my arms and legs waxed.The lady who did it was not at all good at it.She made a mess everywhere and used 3 different types of wax on my body.My skin got rashes everywhere.There was still lot of wax sticking on my body which was not cleaned.I had to go to Walmart's restroom to get my hands cleaned.Very rude and unprofessional people.Will never go here again.
I never post reviews. Whether i really liked it or just ehh, didnt like it. BUT THIS WAS SO AWFUL THAT I WAS SO MAD I KNEW I HAD TO DO A REVIEW. I usually do my threading at karissima's but they were closed and i went and she OVERTHREADED my eyebrows so skinny WHICH I GREW OUT ON PURPOSE FOR FULLER BROWS. Like really?! And she took off my peak on one of my brows, like WHY. And then she kept on ripping the thread clearly youre not experienced.
My brows are done good depending on the person becuase these recently two times this lady did my brows and she's very distracted she's on her phone and talking on the phone and she's messed up my eyebrows twice leaving them thin and uneven .Once I figure out her name I will post it so you all can know and not do your brows with her . My brows were thick and full and she did them very very thin and uneven when I told her not to . Like I said she doesn't pay attention to her job she tries to do it fast like if it's a competition even when there are no clients. However there is one lady who actually takes her time and does them good but I do not know her name either . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING WHEN THERE IS NOT MUCH PPL OR ELSE THEY WILL TRY TO RUSH AND THEN THEY END UP MESSING UP YOUR BROWS .
