My son loves to jump... jump all the time on the couch... now I found the PERFECT place for him... LOL!!! It's a huge place and my son enjoyed a lot... the staffs are OK!!! They should be little flexible in timing... be nice and let them know about extra timings... Well!!! kids will love it and you won't be disappointed with the JUMP!!!!!
The only person that was helpful was the person that checked us in. The staff was mostly high school or college kids and none of them had any personality..none of them interacted with the kids except for telling them the rules of dodge ball or scolding them. Would NEVER recommend this place. Also, the snack bar staff was cussing, and not nice at all. Dodge ball-there were high school boys slamming balls at young girls. They need to rotate the younger kids and the older kids so everyone had a chance to have fun, instead of having the chance to get hurt.
Paid for a birthday group in August... it was so hot!!! We were miserable! When I asked if we could fix it, the guy manning the desk finally told me he turned off the A/C because there were issues and that was that. Basically sorry about my luck! They need folks that know about customer service. Besides all that, their equipment is worn out and it’s really basic compared to all other trampoline parks in Middle Tennessee. That was the last time we went and we won’t be back.
Not a bad facility except it was kinda dirty, and they were out of almost everything including the socks I thought the jumpers were required to wear.
Disgusting! We have gone in a couple of times when they opened. There were still crumbs on the tables, and the bathrooms were never cleaned. If they aren't cleaning tables, I wonder if they are keeping their trampolines in good repair, and what about the recirculating air we are breathing?! The kids and I have a great time, it is a fun place! But it's just not worth my unease of bringing the kids here anymore.
