It's a dumpy trailer park. The afair you would expect. I assume rent is cheap; only reason for the extra star.
This place is a dump. Rent is over 500.00 a month. They overcharge for trash pickup and rape the community on the water bill. Park should be condemned. Management does not take care of the property. People don't take care of the cats and let them loose and they tear up everyone underpinning.
Delivering here is a nightmare. The roads have huge potholes, the sides of said roads are breaking apart, the map at the front is useless and inaccurate, likewise it doesn't make sense. The park as a whole looks run down and shoddy, sans a few nice homes. Never lived here myself, but would never do so, based on how poorly this place is kept.
