We recently have the Don Kennedy roofing to repair roof leaking and replace partial gutter of our house. I would just like to say our experience with the two teams, Mr. Pablo ECheverria team (including Jose and another worker) for roof repairing and Mr. Ronnie Baker team (including Wesley JR, and Jostin Hallock) for gutter replacing. Those teams was very professional, good job, and friendly. The two team leaders, Mr. Baker and ECheverria, are knowledgeable, excellent communication. Their working attitude give you the trust for Don Kennedy Roofing. The Surprise to me is when Mr. Baker called me back to make sure if the problem has been solved after they fixed a problem. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs any type of repair, especially Mr. Baker’s and ECheverria’s teams.
We had a great experience with them replacing our roof and adding ridge vents about a year and a half ago. They worked quickly and did a quality job. Their customer service is outstanding as well. I would definitely work with them again in the future and suggest others to do so as well.
My chimney is framed in wood and was rotting. I was afraid that it was going to start leaking. Because of the pitch of the roof no one would come out and give me an estimate. Then I remembered that Don Kennedy had originally installed the roof. When I called them they were kind and willing to help me. Damian Roberts was not hesitant about the steepness of my roof and seemed very comfortable. He was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful in explaining to me my options. I am retired and I appreciate Don Kennedy for the work that they do. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
Note: This review was posted a month after the project completion so there was sufficient time to observe a few storms and confirm everything is holding up exactly as expected.
House is fairly new however builder used asphalt shingles on a 1/12 slope section of our roof. After Harvey came through town there was a fair amount of damage to our city from 10 inches of water in such a short amount of time. While we weathered this storm it was a good reminder that such a flat section of traditional shingles was likely nearing end of life. Don Kennedy isn't cheap and they are not the type of company that hires a bunch of general contractors to be at your door that day to redo your roof. What they will do is come very quickly and get a tarp over damaged areas and then they will come as quick as possible to do a quality job. Between the material chosen combined with my house not requiring immediate triage we were scheduled for approximately four weeks out. The team did a very professional job on the install and made sure everything was exactly right prior to leaving and I am very pleased with the finished result. Hopefully I will not require additional roofing repairs for many years but after my experience with Don Kennedy I would definitely use them in the future should the need arise.

Damian Roberts was very knowledgeable and worked with us to get the quote for all the work to be done. I really appreciate the team of guys that installed our gutters. Their attention to detail and professionalism was impressive. They showed up on time and made a point to introduce themselves before getting to work, and did a fantastic job.
