Had a great experience with Results Handyman! Charles was great and really enjoyed working with them.
We hired Results to scrape and paint all the exterior wood trim (fascia, etc) on our old stone veneer house. I had 5 or 6 different companies give me estimates on this project, and Results' bid was very competitive. They worked closely with me to understand exactly what I was looking for, and then went the extra mile to make it happen. From the office staff to the workmen, everyone was professional, courteous, and hard-working. The new paint is a tremendous improvement to my house, and I came away satisfied that that I had dealt with honest folks running a top-notch business.
I have had them do repairs on two bathrooms in my house. Each had to be augmented a bit but in fairness to the company and George, who is a neighbor, they always worked hard to get it fixed. Plus, my house is old, which is never easy to repair. I would have no problem recommending them. But make sure you ask for George because he is the man and he will make sure you leave happy.
Over the period of six weeks, these contractors came to my home twice. This company had ample time to complete the required work, and multiple jobs still remain incomplete. After three confirmations from the last contractor, I was stood up. I found out later that the owner told the contractor at the last minute not to come and nobody even let me know. So, I was intentionally stood up! After this, the contractor was not honest with me. The owner, Steve Ford, NEVER returned my calls.
I am forced to find another contractor to finish this work in my home. I would never use Results Handyman Service again nor can I recommend this company's services to anyone.
Took way too long to schedule, over priced, and some of the work that was done had to be redone by a different handyman. I still have holes in my wall from their sloppy work. Looking at the reviews below, I'm guessing that this company was once really good. From what he said though, they have grown too quickly and my guess is this has impacted their quality. At a minimum, they should aim to make their clients happy. Very disappointing.
