I went into the Great Escape tonight with my girlfriend and saw so many cool things that brought back so many memories. I used to always go to this place when I was a kid. It was always a huge highlight when I could go. Toys, albums, posters, cds, video games, t-shirts, sports cards, and even more than you can even mention. You never know what you will find there, but always something that will make you smile. If you are a collector or just like to look at cool things, then this is definitely the place for you.
Visited the Madison store today to sell a few things. How I miss the days when this store had loads of great comics & collectibles! The now inexperienced buyers offer nearly nothing for collectibles. This once awesome store has been brought low, to the status of a junk shop.
The prices are really, really good and they have a pretty sizable comic collection.
This store has a Little bit of everything. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Some items are overpriced. But overall, prices are reasonable.
