No longer open to public as of August, 31. Does not do anything for public anymore.
Went by this office to switch the lien holder on my title. An older white woman with a cute bob hair cut at the front desk was visibly annoyed at my audacity to ask her questions. She was very nasty and short and from what I gathered from this interaction, they no longer do any work with non commercial vehicles and they are the only full service location. Not sure how that happens...but anywho if you need to take care of any personal business, DO NOT got to this office.

I called from New York to check on a title and make sure it was real since I am purchasing a vehicle sight unseen. The woman was fast, efficient, and very pleasant. If this phone call was any indication of how they operate in person, I wish my DMV here in NY was like this ;-)
They actually are pretty friendly down there.
