They were really fast to cash my check. But 2 months later, no document. I encourage you to contact your local state rep and ask they shake this place up. It's unacceptable.
I don't even know where to start with this place.in August of 2016I sent off paperwork for my son's last ntheir a little money theyalong with their a little money they wanted.then August of 2017 nothing still had been done.so I went to the child support office and pay the money for it to be done again.I called the beginning of December to find out if it had been changedat my local health department and they said no.I've been calling Nashville Vital Records so the last14 days.I call at least 15 times a day everyday with no answer
I was in there for less than 10 minutes. I've read the other reviews and became skeptical, but they were quickly and very attentive. I'm going to have to disagree with the other reviews. However, may on their visits the customer service was just poor, which is unfortunate.
I been calling every other day for the past 2 months. No one returning my phone calls. Needing to know if my daughter new last name has changed in the system so I can order the new birth certificate. Don't want to order a new one if her old last name is still listed.
Requested and paid for a birth certificate for my daughter 4 months ago. Still have not received it. Emailed them a month ago to ask about them and they said they were sent, but that they would resend. A month later I have still not received them. Tried emailing again and have not received a response. Tried calling them and they are "experiencing higher than usual call volumes" and say to call back later. They actually hang up on you and don't let you stay on hold!
