They promise that they can help and answer your questions. Than the lawyers like Hess tell you to help do the leg work and you will get faster results. Than you call back no answer. Email, no answer. I called 25x's throughout the week during normal business hours to receive no help. I even asked the operators if the lawyer that promised help is on vacation or at work. I asked later on is she still employed there. I have even left messages with the Supervisor no answer. You have earned the one star. If anything changes I will update this.
