Im just a little upset because I dont understand how can I get help and my questions answered if no one is ever able to talk to me. The voice mail boxes are always full I just dont understand. Someone tell me what im doing wrong?
Been trying to reschedule my appointment to get my voucher but it seems nobody has been in they office! The lady I was told to reschedule my appointment with her voicemail box is full so I can't reschedule. The only reason I'm stressing trying to get it scheduled so quickly is because I live out of town and my lease here is up August 31st. I know if I don't get my voucher and find a place in time me and my children will be homeless until I do. Please let me know how else I can go about rescheduling my appointment!
My god ! You can’t get anyone to answer the phone to save a life ! I have dialed every extension there is and haven’t heard back from anyone ! What are y’all morons doing ?!?!
A lot of workers are great and not just worried about a pay check some of them had to come from nothing and made something in life. Its a struggle and a stepping stone in my eyes and I'm patiently waiting for my apartment I don't want this type of environment for my daughters but its better then nothing and being homeless is no fun!! So I give thanks to those who makes this possible for us to have that steeping stone to grow up and move on from the projects with no return.. Thank you all that works for MDHA
People who work here are dummer than box of rocks!! I came to this place 10 time and got no help!! Told me a bunch of lies!! I went home and took 4 Advil and still had a headache the next day!!!
