Cool place I get good service and they have awesome dates, figs and other Arabic deserts. Also good prices on chicken etc. Also fresh bread that they bake right there. Only thing I do not like is that on fridays it is very difficult to get food because there is a long line and not enough people to help.
Great za'atar bread, chickpeas, candy, produce, and customer service. Support your local grocery stores rather than line the pockets of the CEOs at Wal-Mart or Kroger. Keep the currency in the community.
Definitely worth the drive from Alabama. Their fresh bread is delicious! Sandwiches are great too!

I wish I could live this place more stars. I lived in Nashville for 22 years before I discovered this place, thanks to my Armenian boyfriend. The owners of the market are the sweetest people. The women always give me samples of fresh baked goods and even showed me how they make their naan bread. I can't get enough of the breads and shawarma there. They have a large selection of spices, breads, chocolates, produce, and other items you wouldn't be able to get at a regular grocery store and all for such a great deal. I don't live in Nashville anymore, but whenever I'm there I stock up on everything.
