Very nice bus drivers and staff. Love the new discount bus fare
This is a very convenient way to get around Nashville. The bus fare is very cheap and for me, it's a reliable source of transportation because I don't have a car. I love it! All of the drivers are pretty good at helping passengers and excellent drivers!
i ride bus #19 each morning and the bus driver is very rude and I've complained via phone, email to the CEO, and with his direct supervisor and nothing has been done. My next step will be to go to the media with my complaints of harrassment because I don't pay good money every day to be harrassed, ridiculed, and embarrassed by this man's behavior toward me. It appears that as long as MTA gets your money, they don't feel they have to answer to hard-working taxpayers. I beg to differ.
Customer service at the window is amazing.Tiffany is so sweet and helpful.The phone operators need an attitude adjustment.
I ride the shuttle bus (Park and Ride) from Murfreesboro to Nashville everyday to get to work. The drivers that we have are really nice and do everything they can to get us to work on time. Some of the local bus drivers know the regulars and take the time to talk to them and get to know them. I can remember there was a wreck on the expressway so my shuttle bus had to take the local streets and it made us late to MCC. I decided to walk the 10 - 15 minute walk to get to to work and not worry about trying to catch my connection. As I was walking, turns out my normal connection was running late due to an accident downtown. The driver saw me (from the back and knew it was me) and pulled over to pick me up when though it wasn't a regular stop. Of course, when I saw it was actually my bus that stopped, I ran to the bus!!!!! I appreciate that "go above and beyond" moment because the driver stopped and didn't have to.
