Eyelash extensions beware!!

Wonderful establishment
I had my eyelashes done at Harper & Olive a week and a half ago. As I'm writing this, my eyelashes have completely fallen out & with it- my real eyelashes, leaving me $100 out and eyelashes that are severely damaged. The extensions looked great but when I got home I noticed my eyelashes were glued together, creating tangles & tears which was not only painful but tore out my real eyelashes :(
Love this place! Cali and Mandi are amazing! From long hair styling to extensions and lashes they are my go to place! They even did my wedding and me and my girls looked so glamorous! I could not be happier with the attention to detail the team has and how they went out of their way to make me feel special and not stressed on my big day! I will be a client for life!
To top it off the customer service was terrible. First off, they were not honest with me about prices. I ending up having to pay double the amount ($100 for a 2 week fill that online states is $45). I talked to the manager who didn't answer any of my questions or concerns as to why I wasn't told prior to arriving for the appointment. All I was told was "we'll take care of you- no worries". She and the other employees then gossiped for a few minutes while I was left to wait standing there. They got to me once their conversation ended, when it was convenient for them.
They know blondes! This is the only place I've been able to go that doesn't make my hair look brassy. The staff is great and the atmosphere is very laid back. I've been a regular customer for over a year now and I'm so happy with my choice!
